Delete Your Account — Your Notebook: Stationery App

If you wish to permanently delete your Your Notebook account and all associated data, you can do so directly from the app or by following the steps below.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: Delete from the App

Open the Your Notebook app on your device.
Go to My Account (tap the profile icon).
Scroll down and tap "Delete Account".
Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Your account and data will be permanently deleted.

Option 2: Request via Email

Send an email to contactus@yournotebook.in with the subject line "Delete My Account".
Include your registered phone number in the email body.
Our team will process your request within 48 hours.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Your profile information (name, email, phone number)
Saved addresses
Order history
Wallet balance
Shopping cart contents
Notification preferences

Note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Any remaining wallet balance will be forfeited. Transaction records may be retained for legal and regulatory compliance purposes.
